TimeFrame, Inc. was founded in 2007 by a diverse group of Montessori teachers and parents who were looking for supplemental materials for U.S. History in the Elementary classroom. One minute they were discussing a need for high-quality materials and the next moment cound themselves designing the prototype for a reusable Timeline Scroll. The concept is simple, provide one central vehicle by which several subjects can be taught and explored. Thus, the TimeLine Scroll was born.

The first prototype was given to Hill Country Montessori, located in the city of Chattahoochee Hill Country, Georgia. Teachers were encouraged to find the strengths and weaknesses of the product. After several weeks, the comments began coming back.
